Fall Flashback
Lots of things have been happening in the month of October, so here’s an update on OSSM’s recent experiences.
Interview Night was a success! Seniors were able to practice their new skills and receive feedback from local professionals. Everyone also enjoyed snacks while making connections with new people from around the city.
Sound of Music proved to be a great hit. Students not only got to watch the famous Broadway show, but they also had the opportunity to ask questions to some members of the cast! “When the bee stings,” some mandatory fun is much appreciated by the students.
OU Visit consisted of information sessions, tours, and a dinner with some OSSM alumni! During the information session, seniors got to participate in an engineering challenge involving building a toy maglev train. Additionally, seniors loved the dinner with OU as it was filled with unlimited Chick-fil-a nuggets, pizza, ice cream, carrot cake, and more. Make sure to apply before December 15th in order to be considered for scholarships!

Once again, there will be delicious snacks provided by PAOSSM in the student lounge.
